Moved my dad in today. Everything went very smooth. My main contact was with Erin, Mike, and Bonnie who were all very knowledgeable and helpful. Found the place to be well run , clean and all the people I met during the tour and the move in were... polite and smiling. I want to thank Erin for making this sudden transition during a stressful time an unexpected pleasant experience. My Aunt who has always been otherwise healthy found herself in a time of daily need and we decided to transition her from a rehab... facility into Locust Grove while she continues to heal. Fortunately we met with Erin who lead us through this process with kindness while making sure that every one of our needs were met and concerns addressed immediately. I’d also like to thank Michael the administrator who has been an amazing support from day one.
