Well-Being

Our Philosophy

We believe a thoughtfully designed environment filled with good neighbors and a caring staff, along with nutritious food, accessible exercise programs and opportunities to connect and engage every day, are the right combination for optimal living.

For older people living alone, these important elements can become harder to maintain – making home a challenging, unsafe, even lonely place to be.

That’s why we offer a community for older people where living is easier, surroundings are safer – and together is better. Learn more

Symphony Square, Sue Kelly and the entire staff are absolutely amazing! Sue helped us discern what was best and always put my family’s interests first. We are so happy that our loved one has a home at Symphony Square!

5 stars are not enough for the wonderful experience I have had with this community. Susan Kelly was warm and professional from the moment we met. She took what was an otherwise sad and terrifying experience and made it something positive. Her... knowledge about the community and ability to prepare me for what came next are unmatched. I am looking forward to seeing my loved one flourish with the help of this awesome team.read more

The love we feel for our Mom prompted my sister & I to transition her from a place that wasn't adequately meeting her needs to Symphony Square. There's a definite contrast between where Mom was versus the feeling of community that Symphony Square... exudes. Susan (Dir of Sales & Marketing), Claudette (Dir of Nursing) and other staff considered Mom's individualized needs when planning for her care. We also noted the large number of staff who have been @ Symphony Square for many years, which allows residents to feel more secure versus a community where staff and contractors are constantly shifting in and out. In addtion, the building's layout and the way activities are incorporated throughout the day lends itself to engagement and interaction amongst the residents. Mom shared, "I'm glad I'm meeting people that I have something in common with. I'm also impressed with the staff becasue they're pleasant and patient." When our 94 year old Mom is happy, our family is happy. What a blessing to be part of the Symphony Square Community! Wish we'd discovered it years ago.read more

Theresa and her staff in Memory Care provided such peace of mind to our family knowing my Mom was in the best place with amazing care. We will be forever grateful to everyone including the sweet residents.

Theresa who runs the memory unit is fantastic. She goes well beyond the call of duty to make the experience as good as possible.

Since arriving at Symphony Square a month ago, Mom is a younger version of herself. She is active, engaged in daily activities and best of her, she has made friends. This boutique facility is led by the warm and wonderful Adrienne Stevens who knows... every resident and is present in the building, talking to the residents at mealtimes and during activities. Claudette, Director of Nursing, makes sure mom's medical needs are met. I no longer need to be on top of everything- Claudette has it covered. Every staff member I have met at Symphony knows my mom (and me!) and works to make her life better. My sister and I were so exhausted from worrying about her care and her well-being. Now we can relax. We couldn't be happier!read more

We looked at a dozen options for a caring home for my grandmother and are so glad we chose symphony square. The staff go above and beyond on a daily basis. They stay in close contact with us and have made the time not only to get to know my grand... mother personally, but to get to know our family. It’s not a huge place, which is great because she gets a lot of personal attention, especially now that she is in memory care. It can be a tough decision and adjustment to move a loved one into assisted living. Symphony square has helped us with that transition and we are very grateful.read more
