Great experience in moving a loved one over to the Symphony. The facilities are newer and clean. Good range of amenities. The real star has been their Sales and Marketing Head - Kerry Santo. When visiting my family there I’ve seen the staff is very kind and caring. The place looks beautiful. The food is great since I had breakfast with my family there. The care can be a bit more attentive but my grandpas caregiver is great.The only... two issues are the staff in the dining area aren’t kind enough to the people who live here and their guests. The second is that they weren’t told about all the things included they didn’t know about, like how the beds are made daily by someone who works there and the individual care given is included.read moreSherine H.
