Elegance Berkeley is part owned by local real estate developers Ali Kia Shabahangi and Amir Kia, Principals of Spirit Living Group.
The brothers have invested in multifamily and senior housing development in the Bay Area for 25 years, and share a genuine commitment to building community, value and beauty. Ali graduated from UC Berkeley and the University of Santa Clara School of Law; Amir holds a degree from the Graduate Theological Union and serves on the board of Golestan Kids in Berkeley.
